Bakit Delikado ang Prosperity Gospel?
Nabanggit ko na po sa unang parte nitong blog (Masamang Balita: Prosperity Gospel Isang Heresiya) na ako po ay galing sa simbahang ang doktrina ay ‘yung sa Prosperity Gospel or Health and Wealth Gospel. Nagpapasalamat po ako sa Panginoon nating si HESUS at binuksan niya ang mga mata ko’t iba pang kasamahan mula sa nakakagambala’t nakaliligaw na Ebanghelyong ito.
Totoong ako’y nasiyahan sa ginawa ng DIYOS sa amin, ngunit hindi ko maitatangging ako ay malungkot pa rin. Malungkot ako dahil may mga kapatid pa akong nakakulong pa rin sa kilusan o pilosopiyang ito. Ang mga buhay nila’y nakatuon pa rin sa mga makamundong pangarap. Gusto pa rin nilang yumaman at buong puso nilang pinagdarasal sa Panginoon ang magandang buhay.
Tanong nila:
Hindi naman siguro masama ang mangarap ng magandang buhay? Hindi naman siguro mali na ang hinihingi ko sa KANYA’y tagumpay dito sa lupa? Hindi naman siguro magagalit ang DIYOS kong ang hinihingi ko sa kanya’y isang masaganang buhay?
Kapatid, naiintindihan ko ang mga hinaing at dasal mo. Totoong nakakatakot ang mabuhay ng mahirap at puno ng persekusyon dito sa mundo. Takot din ako sa kahirapan. Noon.
Kapatid alam mo ano ang hindi kaagad-agad malirip dito?
Kapatid alam mo ano ang mali dito?
Ang lahat ng ito ay makamundong asam! ‘Yang pinapangarap mo’y mula sa laman! Ang mga mithiin mong ‘yan ay nanggaling mismo sa makasarili mong puso. Pinagnanasahan mo ang bagay na kinasusuklaman ng ating Panginoon. Naging adhikain mo ang magkaroon ng mga bagay na siyang kinaseselosan ng Panginoon.
The LORD is Your SHEPHERD. You Lack Nothing. Psalm 23:1
Ang PANGINOON ay Aking PASTOR; hindi ako mangangailangan.
Makinig ka sa akin. Focus. Mahal ka namin kapatid subalit kinakailangan naming magbigay ng babala’t ipaalala sa iyo ang mga Salitang ito.
You cannot serve GOD and wealth. Matt 6:24 at Luke 16:13
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on Earth. Matt 6:19
Keep your life free from love of Money. Heb 13:5
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. 1 Tim 6:10
Blessed are the poor! Blessed are those who mourn! Matt. 5:12
Deny yourself! Abstain from from the passions of of the Flesh. 1 Pet. 2:11
Kapatid, gumising ka. Ibang Gospel ‘yan! Ito ay lason. Ito ay hindi isang magandang balita- ito ay masamang balita, napakasamang balita. Kapatid huwag kang paloko. Kapatid ikaw ay dinadaya’t niloloko ng mundo!
Ito ‘yung sinasabi ni Paul kapatid,
2Ti 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,
2Ti 4:4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.
2Ti 4:5 As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
Kapatid balik tayo sa makitid na daan. Focus. Focus. Focus.
Kapatid kinakailangan ko ang tenga’t puso mo ulit. Makinig po kayo ng maigi.
We are to Suffer!
We are to be persecuted!
We are meant to be lowly!
Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2Ti 3:12
Mat 10:39 Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
Christ tells them, they must expect greater sufferings than they were yet called to; that they should then be made prisoners, when they expected to be made princes. It is good to be told what troubles we may hereafter meet with, that we may provide accordingly, and may not boast, as if we had put off the harness, when we are yet but girding it on. – Matthew Henry Commentaries
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves. Matt. 10:16.
Why?
Because the world hate us!
And you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. Mat 10:22
If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. John 15:19
If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. John 15:18
Tanong: Kristiyano Pilipino, mali ba kung mahalin ko ang aking sarili at humingi ng magandang buhay dito sa mundong ito?
Sagot: Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Joh 12:25
Kapatid halika’t basahin natin ang isa sa mga naging karanasan ni Paul bilang epektibong Kristiyano:
2Co 12:7 So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited.
2Co 6:3 We put no obstacle in anyone's way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry,
2Co 6:4 but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in afflictions, hardships, calamities,
2Co 6:5 beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, sleepless nights, hunger;
Kapatid mahirap magkaroon ng magandang buhay dito sa mundo – dahil hindi tayo taga rito. Marumi ang mundo at hindi malinis ang ating pisikal na sistema – ano bang pinapangarap mo? Langit? Maghintay ka lang kapatid. Invest ka sa langit! Doon dapat ang focus mo. Focus. Focus. Focus.

Para mas maging klaro tayo, pagbigyan niyo po kaming isa-isahin o ilista ang problema sa Prosperity Gospel at kung bakit delikado ito para sa mga Kristiyano.
1. Nawawala ang focus sa kung saan dapat focus – CHRIST Alone.
2. Nakatuon sa lupa ang mga prayoridad imbis na sa langit
3. Nababawasan ang tatag o tibay laban sa persekusyon, pagdurusa’t kahirapan
4. Nakakabuild ng inferiority complex, dahil kung mahirap ka, meaning kulang faith mo
5. Nakakapanghina ng loob sa tuwing hindi nasasagot ang mga dasal
6. Nakakapagtanim ng inggit sa kapwa. Nabubuo ang kompetensiya.
7. Naging mas mahirap mag preach kase dapat magmukhang successful para mas paniwalaan ka ng mga taong nakikinig sa iyong sermon o testimony. Kumbaga dapat, “Walk the talk.”
8. Nagiging mas dependent sa positibong enerhiya imbis na kay GOD
9. Nagmumukhang pera ang mga tupa at Pastol
10. Nababalewala, nababawasan, at nakakaligtaan ang pagdurusa ng mga Martyrs, Apostles, Saints, at ng ating HARI na si HESUS.
11. False Hope
12. False Hopes
13. At marami pang False Hope
14. Hindi Biblical. Hindi Realistic.
Kulang pa nga itong listahan kapatid. Sana bigyan mo ng pansin ang mga ito’t magbulay-bulay kayo. Ang epekto ng Prosperity Gospel ay hindi nakabubuti sa kalusugan ng ating kaluluwa. Ito ay napaka “worldly” na doktrina. Hindi ito nakakapagbigay ng sigla sa ating mga Kristiyano. Ang paghabol sa makamundong yaman ay delikado at ang landas na ito’y patungo sa kawaratan.
But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. 1Ti 6:9
Isipin mo ito kapatid:
“If riches were a reasonable goal for the godly, Jesus would have pursued it. But He did not, preferring instead to have no place to lay His head (Matthew 8:20) and teaching His disciples to do the same. It should also be remembered that the only disciple concerned with wealth was Judas.” www.gotquestions.org
Pinipigilan ng Prosperity Gospel maging DIYOS ang DIYOS, ibig sabihin hindi nakakagawa ng anuman ang Panginoon not unless we release HIM to do so.
Imbis na bigyang diin ang importansya ng Wealth, ang Bibliya’y malinaw sa pagbigay ng babala sa atin laban dito.
Kapatid, gusto ko rin linawin na naniniwala ako na ang pera ay regalo rin ng Panginoon – hindi ako labag dito at ako mismo’y nagtatrabaho para magkapera – para mabuhay. Subalit ang tinutukoy ko lang po dito ay huwag natin hayaang mawala sa tunay na turo ni HESUS dahil lamang sa mga pangakong out of context.
Hindi rin labag ang Panginoon sa pagtatrabaho, sa katunayan pa nga isa sa mga utos niya sa atin, lalo na sa mga lalaki, ay kinakailangang magtrabaho upang may maipakain sa pamilya. Kapatid ang dasal ko lamang ay maging kontento ka’t hindi mawala sa tunay na ganti. Kinakailangan nating mamatay sa ating sarili para mabuhay kay HESUS. Dapat ang pinapangarap natin ay ang mga bagay na wala dito sa lupa.
And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Again, I am not against money and work, I am against Prosperity Gospel and the false hope and false messages it brings. And yes we are praying that you will not have the same suffering and poverty experienced by the Saints who went ahead of us – sa totoo lang – we are praying that you and your family will be blessed with good health and provisions and you will be free from all your debts, what we are trying to get at are these: a. Do not be troubled sa mundong ito b. Set your eyes on GOD first and let HIM do the rest. Trust JESUS and HIS eternal promises d. Do not be deceived by these worldly things e. Concentrate on your spiritual nourishment not on Earthly flourishment f. GOD is indeed YOUR great provide g. Do not burn yourself accomplishing achievements in life. h. Distinguish Eternal things from Temporal things.
Tanong: Kristiyano Pilipino, ibig sabihin ba ng mga ito kung magiging totoong Kristiyano ako dapat na akong mag-expect ng pain, suffering, persecution?
Sagot: Handa ka ba?
Tanong: Teka lang Kristiyano Pilipino, eh klaro naman ‘tong mga pangako sa Bible about Victory, Richness, Health, Abundance, and Joy – dine-deny mo ba ang mga pangakong ito?
Sagot: Kapatid, all these promises are real and I tell you – those are eternal things. Meaning, makukuha natin ‘yan, hindi man dito pero sigurado (walang false hope) nasa langit ang lahat ng ‘yan. And let me remind you again that the reward is far greater than these things – sa totoo lang – kahit nga ang mga ito walang silbi at walang sinabi sa totoong reward natin. Alam mo ano ‘yun? Si HESUS mismo! Makakasama natin si HESUS in the flesh! Forever! Si HESUS ang Gospel (Magandang Balita) at si HESUS ang REWARD!
Tanong: Kristiyano Pilipino, paano kung papayaman talaga ako ng DIYOS para makatulong sa pagkalat ng Gospel?
Sagot: Praise the LORD! Let HIS will be done!
Tanong: So, anong mali kung ika’y maging mayaman at malusog dahil kagustuhan naman ito ng DIYOS?
Sagot: Wala.
Tanong: So, ano nga ang mali dito?
Sagot: Focus.
Tanong: Okay lang naman siguro kung nag-seserve ka kay GOD at the same time kumakayod kang maging successful. Wala akong nakikitang problema sa tuwing sinasamba ko si HESUS at nag fofocus din sa buhay ko dito sa lupa. Hindi kasalanan ang sundin si HESUS at the same time tuparin ang mga pangarap ko!
Sagot: You cannot serve GOD and Mammon.
Tanong: So you mean, i-susurender ko ang lahat ng dreams, possesions, good life, at success ko dito sa Earth?
Sagot: Welcome to CHRISTIANITY kapatid. Welcome home.
Tanong: To the point na wala na ako? Ano ang kakainin ko? Papaano ako mabubuhay?
Sagot: Sabi ni JESUS.
Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? do not be anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' Tanong: Ano pang matitira sa akin?
Sagot: CHRIST. Si JESUS CHRIST. Si HESUS ay higit pa sa Sapat.
